Product Manager: AI Solutions
Company Overview
TECQMIND is an end-to-end AI professional services and staffing partner focused on the "how." We build the specialized teams and infrastructure required to turn technical potential into production-scale reality. Operating as a strategic bridge between US-headquartered clients and an elite engineering hub in Taiwan, we ensure global projects are delivered with precision and speed.
The Role
As the Product Manager for AI, you are the bridge between a client’s business problem and a production-scale technical solution. You don't just "manage a backlog"; you define the roadmap for custom AI implementations. You will translate vague "AI potential" into detailed technical specifications for our ML and MLOps engineers, ensuring that what we build is scalable, proprietary, and high-performing.
Key Responsibilities
Discovery & Scoping: Lead discovery workshops with clients to identify high-impact AI use cases (e.g., RAG-based knowledge bases, agentic workflows, or predictive analytics).
Technical Spec Writing: Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) that our Taiwan-based engineering teams can execute with precision.
Infrastructure Strategy: Define the requirements for "Model Gardens" and data lakes, ensuring the infrastructure supports the client’s long-term IP goals.
Feedback Loop Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact during the "Continuous Optimization" phase, prioritizing model tuning and security updates based on real-world performance.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate the workflow between Data Engineers, ML Engineers, and the client’s internal stakeholders to ensure seamless full-stack integration.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products or technical infrastructure.
AI Literacy: Deep understanding of the AI lifecycle—from data ingestion and labeling to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Agile Mastery: Expert in managing sprints, backlogs, and roadmaps in a fast-paced, high-stakes consultancy environment.
Communication: Ability to explain technical trade-offs (e.g., latency vs. accuracy) to non-technical C-suite executives.
Preferred Skills
Bilingual Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (Highly desired for direct coordination with Taiwan tech leads).
Technical background (CS degree or former engineer).
